How To Write Behavioural Based Objectives

It's now time to write Behavioural Based Objectives for your key content ie the high priority content that you identified in the previous module.

Objectives are a keystone when it comes to training design, but are a 'behind the scene' tool of no real interest to your leaners.  We couldn't do our job without them as a trainer or instructional designer - but our learners want something different - a WIIFM (What's In It For Me) or a Challenge.
