Adding Frequency, Learning Difficulty, Importance and Entering Ability
Now that you've broken down your training into Main and Sub tasks, it's time to do some assessments.
To help you make your assessment, keep in mind who the people are that should be part of this training and score according to those people. Of course, it could be that on the training day, people have a higher or lower experience than the assessment you used, but that's where the skill of the trainer will come in.
REMEMBER - this training is aimed at bridging a performance gap for a target group of people. Score those people during the following assessments
