The Presentation and Practice Phases
Now to present your content and have your learners practice with it.
Traditionally, we present ALL the content and then say, "OK - over to you to try it', but maybe there's a better way. And do we really need to be the 'font of all knowledge'? Maybe we should step back and let the learning take place.
When you design with the above thoughts in mind, you start to design with your learner in mind! Which is exactly the way we should be designing
