Let's drill down to the 'real' purpose of training. After all, if we don't know what the purpose of training how can we create training that will fulfil that purpose and deliver a 'true' outcome?
With the purpose always in mind, when we are asked to produce training by a subject matter expert, we can ask 3 key questions that will help determine if training is the answer. But what are the 3 key questions?
