Try This Live Virtual Training Close When Using Zoom

• Ask learners to think about what their:
  -Next action will be following their training
  –Key take-away from their training
  –Biggest AhHa is
  etc
• Ask them to rename themselves with that thought (see image).

• Read out a few

This gets learners to think about what was key for them but also lets everyone share that as a team.

Bonus Why not take a screen shot and then send this to learners as a reminder of their key action and as a nice reminder of your time together.

(If you work on another live virtual platform, why not ask learners to write their take-away nice and big on a blank piece of paper and share it via their webcam.)
