Now that you have identified the KEY content for your pathway via the Priority Grid (Magic Formula), the next step is to write objectives, that can observed and measured, for each of the high scoring pieces of content along that development pathway.

As Training Designers and Trainers, we need those ‘behind-the-scene’ objectives if we are going to design and facilitate training with real business outcomes, however, our learners could care less about training objectives.  So, let’s work together to create those vital objectives yet give them the context that gets our learners buy-in.
